Hi RahulInternet Explorer 8 is extremely problematic, but since most people will still use it, we have to work with it. First, check your site on a different Browser such as Google Chrome to make sure it's an IE8 problem and not a general template problem. What seems to be happening is that your template's proportions are wrong, which is pushing parts of it to where they fit. What have you changed recently? Have you aligned part of it right or left? Have you modified the header? You might be using a header that is larger than the maximum table size of the template since your search button is also out of alignment. Check alignments and proportions and resize any images according to the default for your template and they should work. Also, make sure you have closed all of your menu tags. They could be misaligning the rest of the page.As for the button on blogger, again, try Google Chrome. A lot of Google services aren't working so well on Microsoft Browsers, and part of me is suspicious it could have something to do with their rivalry :)

Just change your template and check out your problem. If the problem still persists, try removing plugin one by one and see the blogger after that. You will find the culprit.Hope this will help you.

You or someone else has changed your blogs template, or you have installed a plugin that has upset your code.
