I mean when it is upgraded to 4.1.1 would the random memory usage and system resources like battery, speed, and processor load be less in 4.1.1?

Hello Drsunil. Well, most probably, it would be the opposite way round. If this is an official upgrade by your manufacturer, then like for almost any device, a software update means a somewhat slower overall experience and lesser battery life. Else, if you are doing it yourself (flashing the phone using a ROM), then it depends on the ROM you are using. Some ROMs are optimized for better performance, while some are for better battery life and some can do both!I would suggest going for the upgrade.Good luck!

Usually, update for a device is delivered for making its performance better while bringing in new features.I searched online for some issues and didn't find anything. If you are apprehensive about the issues it can bring, then wait for sometime to see any incoming issues persists in this update.
