My iPhone 4 is factory unlocked & Jailbroken with iOS 4.3.3. I want to know whether I have to worry about preserving baseband when I install iOS 5.0.1. Again, I want 5.0.1 also jailbroken.
Any Inputs?

Hi Saumil.. If I understand correctly, you had 2 questions in there. Here are my attempts to answer them both :)1 - You do not need to worry about baseband if it is already factory unlocked (as Mike said, baseband is a concern only if you're looking to use ultrasn0w to unlock)2 - You mentioned iPhone 4.. so I wasn't sure if that meant 4G or 4S, but either ways I've included 2 links below (with video tutorial) to jailbreak either device on 5.0.1(a) For 4G => http://www.redmondpie.com/jailbreak-5.0.1-untethered-on-iphone-ipad-ipod-touch-a4-devices-now-using-redsn0w-0.9.10b1-corona/(b) For 4S => http://www.redmondpie.com/jailbreak-5.0.1-ios-untethered-iphone-4s-ipad-2-using-absinthe-how-to-video-tutorial/Hope this helps..

The baseband firmware is irrelevant for jailbreak to be done. It is only crucial if you need to further unlock your phone (e.g. ultrasn0w).So in your case, no.
