Mark is right you don't need a Wordpress plugin for that. All you need is to add Disqus commenting to your blog and then put a couble of checkboxes in its settings.

You don't need a plugin or codes. When you start a new post in Wordpress, scroll down to the very bottom of the page and you can enable / disable comments and trackbacks. But for the best way to show trackbacks on the page, install Disqus.
