I need a driver for my Windows system for a GoFlex USB drive PN/9zh9p9-RAA. sn:na1lm04k. The drive attached is not recognized by my Windows Vista system. Can someone please email a link to download the driver or email me the driver?

This is a major production issue. I have run your diag tools that all point me back to getting a driver.

Hello, you do not need drivers for the GOFLEX USB drives.  As long as you have working USB ports, it is just plug and play.  I have a GOFLEX at home and anything you need to use the drive is in the disk itself.  It is just a matter of navigating to drive and double click on the setup.exe file.  Here is the link for the software download for seagate:http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.jsp?locale=en-US&name=downloads&vgnextoid=51e092db8a13d010VgnVCM100000dd04090aRCRDSelect your drive and download driver if available.  I am pretty sure though, you do not need drivers for it.  There could be many reasons why your drive is not recognized.  Does the drive use USB 2.0 or 3.0? The following link will take you to the SeaTools site.  Sea tools are diagnostic software for your drive provided by seagate.  Download the setup file and install it.  Run the diagnostic tools: http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.jsp?locale=en-US&name=seatools-win&vgnextoid=552bd20cacdec010VgnVCM100000dd04090aRCRD
