I have a Dell laptop. Last few days when I shut down my PC it restarts. Yesterday I formatted and installed Windows Professional, but the problem still continues. How can I rectify this issue?

Your laptop is overheating and try using a can of compressed air or a compressor to blow away all the dust from where the fans on your laptop are. It should help because dust is your worst enemy when it comes to heat.
