Why is the Num Lock key off when I turn my PC on? It must be turned on.

Heba,did Fidelis' suggestions work and are you booting your computer with the NUM Lock key turned on now?

I could not do that from bios but i did it using registry but the link that FIDELISinserted did not work so i made a search about it.

Hello, to enable number lock key on startup you have to go into your BIOS and enable it there. There are different manufacturers for BIOS, so that means it is not always located under same section. Follow the instructions on the following link to enter BIOS and the find and entry about enabling numeric lock. Then restart computer. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000192.htmIf for some reason you can not find the entry on BIOS, you can do the steps on the following link. If you do not want to play with registry follow the steps about creating a .reg file. I advise you to enable it on BIOS.http://www.amset.info/windows/numlock.asp
