My PC keeps getting stuck on “Starting Windows”. System repair cannot fix it and there’s no issues once in Windows. I’m virus/malware free and I recently formatted the whole hard drive and changed my os to windows 7.
I had restarted my system more than 10 times but it continues, please suggest the solution.

Check your graphics card - I had the same issue too.

from your windows cd you can get command prompt option: Click on it and type sfc /scannow, then after scan finish type: chkdsk /r, after scan finish try to reboot
