I got a new laptop using Windows 7 64-bit. It always disconnects from the wireless. My router "Netgear CG3000-1staus" is from Optus; I have cable contract with them.

My old laptop, my iPad and other guy's laptop can connect well. Some of my friends tell me my router doesn't support Windows 7 64-bit.

So how can I fix the problem? My network adapter is killer wireless-N1103 network adapter and I already installed new drivers.

open internet browser window go to your router settings, from where you can change the channel it's currently using and change it to another one from the list. see if this will help you.
