The Intel Graphics Command Center allows you to configure and optimize your Intel graphics card on Windows 11. This allows you to get the best graphical performance from it. It comes especially in handy if you’re someone who runs a lot of graphics-intensive applications, such as playing games or using 3D design software.

If you find that Intel Graphics Command Center isn’t working, either because it’s not launching or it's always crashing, you can troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly. Here are some ways to do that.

1. Troubleshoot Driver Problems

The Intel Graphics Command Center can give you problems when something has gone wrong with your graphics driver. If you are unfamiliar with drivers, we have a guide explaining what computer drivers are to get you up to speed.

2. Reset or Repair the Intel Graphics Command Center

If the Intel Graphics Command Center is still not working after troubleshooting and fixing potential driver problems, you should try to repair or reset it.

When you repair an app, Windows will scan all its files and replace or fix any that are damaged or missing. The app’s data, such as settings and custom configurations, will remain intact. Resetting, however, will repair the app, but it will also wipe the app’s data to bring it back to its initial state—as if it was newly installed

To repair or reset Intel Graphics Command Center on Windows 11, follow the steps below.

  1. Press Win + I to open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Apps > Apps & features.
  3. Under the App list heading, you’ll see a search box. Click on it and type intel.
  4. In the search results, click on the three vertical dots next to Intel Graphics Command Center and select Advanced options.
