How to resolve page not loading error on Chrome?

Internet connection is through powerline adapter. Same page when searched through Google opens via Google search results link but gives following error on putting in Chrome address bar :

Oops! Google Chrome could not find feedly.com

Try reloading: feedly.­com/­index.­html

or it asks to load cached copy.

When failing to open , the chrome browser status displays - resolving host

Search and install Feedly from Chromes addon page. Then try again.

I viewed the blog page, but it seems another topic regarding enabling / disabling instant search feature of Google but not regarding error mentioned in query and its description
