Since the update, I can't scroll down the MakeUseOf site. It keeps saying "Loading the next set of posts!!" and I also can't see the image in the site.

It's not just MakeUseOf. For some websites my browser won't load the site properly. It won't load the image for some websites like http://www.businessinsider.com, http://qz.com nad http://www.xda-developers.com.

I use Chrome even if I switch to Firerfox it still not work ! any suggestion why this is?

You're having problems with loading content from CDNs by the sounds of it - this is usually an issue when behind corporate firewalls/ schools, but you might have some home firewall software doing the same, or you may live in some obscure country with unreliable backbone internet connections. I'm afraid we can't really help you with that though, other than to say contact your network admin or disable your firewall.

Since you are having trouble with multiple sites, and we've not had similar complaints from other MakeUseOf users, it's likely to be a problem on your machine rather that with the site itself. It could be internet access speed, a problem with cookies or something else. To begin with, I suggest you empty your cache. In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+Del, choose "from the beginning of time" and make sure that "Delete cookies..." and "empty the cache" are ticked, then click [Clear browsing data]. If this sorts out the problem, good! If not, test a good number of sites to see how universal the problem is, and check your internet connection speed (not the speed reported by your router, but the actual speed, as tested with a broadband speed test site). If the problem is not there either, get back to us with more information about your system and what you discovered.
