I have a Blogger blog & typically include a picture/clipart in each post. I then send out the link via Twitter, which I have connected to post on Facebook.

Recently, I've had trouble that the links are not showing the most recent pictures. Instead they are pulling photos from weeks ago? I'm confused as to why this is happening because I haven't changed anything about how I write my posts. But now I can't get the links to show the newest pictures or even my profile image in the preview.

Has anyone else had trouble with this? Can someone give me an idea how to fix it? Thanks.

So your links are correct and thumbnails are wrong, do thisUse http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug to check and refresh thumbnails of your blogStep 1: Go to Blogger’s Dashboard and then to you blog's Template tab. Now click “Edit HTML” button.Step 2: Find the highlighted HTML attribution as shown below:After this add the Open Graph protocol namespace xmlns:og='http://ogp.me/ns#'. It will look like:Step 3: Find and below it add the following Meta tags: Make following changes to above code http://www.your-blog-logo.jpg to your urlApp-ID to your facebook idFacebook-Profile-ID to your facebook profile idStep 5: Save your template to integrate Open Graph protocol to Blogger.

This sometimes happens to my blog. Sometimes it will not show the thumbnail of the relevant pictures and shows old ones instead. I can only assume (rightly or wrongly) that it because I have only just published the post and somehow the link is unable to collect the link for the picture. It may be worth reposting the link after a couple of minutes and seeing of that works. It doesn't happen a lot for me but I it does tend to happen when I'm quick to share instead of doing something else before I post the link.Hope that makes sense... and works. :)

I understand your explanation, but the problem is that this is happening even if I just share the main page address - not a specific post. So time doesn't seem to be a factor. :(
