Apparently your RAM is the culprit. You should upgrade your computer, add more physical RAM to your system. According to official Microsoft documentation, 2 GB is the minimum physical RAM that 64 bit Windows can run, so your system at the minimum. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/system-requirements Don't expect your PC to fly with 2 GB RAM, you should have at least 4 GB to feel the difference. Internet Explorer and any other browser consumes hundredths, sometimes gigabytes of RAM when used with many tabs open, so it's normal for IE to get slow over time with limited RAM.

use the latest IE 10 , it would be better .....but anyway dont forget to clean the cache and temp files using ccleaer , and advance system care 6 !Also remove the add-ons or extensions Why dont u try some other good browser like Google Chrome and Mozila firefox , as they are far better than IE

There are many possible causes for this, including:1. Add-ons are slowing down IE (see http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-10 for how to disable them)2. Cache or cookie problems. Follow the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/is-IS/internet-explorer/delete-manage-cookies#ie=ie-10 but tick both "cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files".

Internet Explorer(IE) on Windows 8 i.e. version 10 is fast at startup but its performance lags behind in comparison with other browsers. You can check if IE is consuming more RAM,processor and if it's,then this might be the reason. To minimize it,you can clear its data i.e. cache, cookies, history to speed it up a little bit.
