I have a 64bit Hp G61 laptop and have a problem with SVCHost that's eating my memory and making everything slow. I've tried various online help, like deactivating my automatic updates etc. Still i'm struggling.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks guys. Had some malware and killed some services. Much better now
