My cousin's Facebook has been jacked. She received an email that said someone had logged in and reset a new password. When she tried to reset it back and login herself, Facebook showed the email of the person who hacked her and asked if it was her who accessed the account with that email. She marks no, it wasn't me, and so Facebook says to secure her account and choose a new security question - but after doing that, it just takes her back to the first step. We are stuck.

thankd for everyone who have answered my questions. ? have always cleared my cookies but that was because of facebook. There was something wrong with facebook that night i think because next day it was ok and we have solved our problem and got the facebook back :) Thank you all.

You should log-out from facebook, then clear cookies and temp files, then try again.
