My memory card folders change into shortcuts. If I delete them and put any folders there again, they change again and the folders open as c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe .

I agree. It's a virus, and given the fact that it's a card, the simplest solution is to format it and start again. If the problem persists, scan your computer's hard disc with Malwarebytes (free from malwarebytes.org) and with your antivirus software.

you can format the memory card and copy back. do the files are shortcut also on your desktop?

1. Go to control Panel, Folder Options -- select VIEW--- select Show hidden files and folders and uncheck Hide protected operating system files click APPLY2. go to your memory card delete the virus and all the shortcut folders that have no data in them. create new folders (give the same name as your normal non infected hidden folders) and copy the data from YOUR hidden folders into them. once that is done delete the old hidden folders.3. enter task manager--- find the virus program that is still running which will have the same name as the one you just deleted off the memory card4. go back to control panel, Folder options select view- select DO NOT show hidden files and folders and recheck Hide protected operating system files.
