I received an alert on my cell "Sarah trying to access your location"then it asked me if I would "allow" or " don't allow". This happened after I had downloaded a spyware app. Has she been tracking me?

If your phone is android and if you know Sarah or not, then it might be the case that she has got access to your Google play account and had remotely installed the spyware app.If you are responsible persona and do not want yourself to be tracked, then do not allow the permission to the app and uninstall the app.

Do you know a Sarah? If you don't, then ignore the message. You say this happened after you downloaded a "spyware app." Does that mean application that spreads spyware or an application that finds spyware? To me it sounds like the former.

Yeah, is there someone you know named Sarah? If so, ask her about this.
