Does your Cisco Router actually have a WiFi module installed? Which one and what are the security and encryption settings for the WiFi?

hello I also have the iPhone 5.c and the only problem I had was having it automatically hook up find out the IP address of your router. then you can manually insert it for connecting up. I haven't had too much prob you might have a phone checked also. one thing you can try is have the free WiFi search engine app for the iPhone that will allow you to find all of the wifi signal in your area if that doesn't work then you should have the phone check because automatically it should connect if your router's putting out at all.
