Windows is not running. Just Safe Mode, but in Safe Mode System Restore is not running. It is about re-installing System Restore or something. Please help me!

Can you get into the Bios hitting delete when the Pc starts, if so make you DVD Drive the first boot drive then put you Windows DVD into your DVD and restart, a hit any key if you want to boot from the DVD should show so hit any key then follow the instructions.

safe mode only allows you to fix problems caused by network and hardware...you will not be able to restore your system to an earlier time using this mode of windows, you will have to start your computer in NORMAL MODE or SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT , to use system restore , you can try entering the SAFE MODE(not with cmd) and then start command prompt and use the following commands : %systemroot%system32restorerstrui.exe however i DON'T think it will work since this mode of windows uses minimum resources and most of the devices and softwares including system restore are disabled...IN windows 7 you can use the following command in SAFE MODE WITH CMD to restore system: rstrui.exe.SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH :-(

perhaps you have malware inside your machine, use live cd with antivirus, boot on it and scan.SARDU multiple antivirus Rescue Disk?http://www.sarducd.it/rescue-cd-antivirus.htmlyou can try to reset cmos battery if you are tempted to do so. unplug pc from the wall, remove cmod battery, wait for few minutes and then reverse the process and reboot.
