I did the iOS7 update and now when I import images into iPhoto they are coming through black.

The photos are fine on the phone (i can email them etc with no issues), and the thumbnail for the import is fine. It is only after the import they go black.

Now I have run ALL of the iPhoto built in option+CMD rebuild options with no luck.

Any ideas how to fix this? iPhoto 11 (9.4.3)

1) in Finder toolbar, click "Go" and hold down "Option" key to show library2) Select the Preferences folder, search the PList file (com.apple.iPhoto.plist, do a backup first ) for iPhoto, and delet it. 3) Reopen iPhoto, it worked fine.Fix for iPhoto black portrait imageshttp://www.philmug.ph/forum/f19/fix-iphoto-black-portrait-images-84679/apparently EXIF Problemselect one photo and rotate few times, then go out to "All Events", command+a to select all, then Photos -> Revert to Original.orDisk Do - Repair PermissionsAbout Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions featurehttp://support.apple.com/kb/HT1452
