Sometimes and not always when I exit from my Proxifier VPN I face a BSOD. What should I do? Thanks in advance for your advice!

if it displayed the error then please tell. if not then try analyzing the error by going to minidump located in the C drive on windows subfolder

do you see any minidump files created in c:\windows\minidump ? that describe what caused the crash/BSODs. if you have them dump files, you can use WhoCrashed to analyze.http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashedthis also can be because of your antivirus/firewall

Thanks ha14. but I did not find any minidumps file. I better to download WHOCRASHED and see what it will find.
