Which webservice can I rely on for buying "genuinely checked/reviewed" second-hand electronic consumables?

I want to avoid poor quality, though cheap, products.

There is no such thing as a "second hand consumable". Consumable means it's gone once used. Also, the idea of "reviewing" any kind of second hand product also sounds kind of absurd. If something is second hand, the only way to trust the condition is the how the seller describes it.

Hi friend, For this you can consider buying electronic consumables from an international online retailer. Some of those websites can order at wholesale price. I Just know this http://www.moonarstore.com/comsumer-eletronics-c-14.html site which is cheap. It factory sale price, worldwide free Shipping. I have bought some Memory Cards and Cameras & Camcorders. It's good.
