Of the ones listed I have used Podio for some time now. It does everything I want it to do.

I have used a couple of PM apps listed above, the one I use and find most productive for my team is binfire.com , it combines all features needed for project management plus collaboration tools to make a nice virtual office. Since my team is distributed it helps us to get the job done faster.

The options you have listed are too broad (e.g. basic To-Do list to enterprise-grade, cheap to costly, desktop based to web-based/hosted, single user tool to collaborative). Essentially what will work for you is your the best PM tool. So I would suggest you to pen down your must have requirements from PM tool and then look for the tool that meets your expectations.I would still suggest our own tool, ZilicusPM http://www.zilicus.comWhichever tool you may select, beside required functionality, I would suggest you to check for 1. How intuitive/easy it is to use, for normal team member2. Does it provide clear, useful dashboard that shows real time status3. If you are planning to use web-based/hosted system, check whether it delivers faster performance or not

I think its better you go for proofhub. It have nice features which are easy to use and understand.

If all users are on Windows maybe that will be good If you have a mixed group I would go for Bascamp

As a MS Office user,I can only recommend you what I have used. But, I took the time to search for other program based on your list and found Teamwork Project Manager to be very good. I wish I could test it also.

Majority wins. Microsoft Office..

MS Office is not a project management software in the strict sense, it is a office productivity software from Microsoft. For that, the offering is Microsoft Project 2010, which is a well-known and established product.Have you tried the following :Zoho Projects (Free software, web based ) : http://www.zoho.com/projects/

Bitrix24.com is probably the best out of all listed here. Wrike is second best.

Microsoft Office i haven't used any other so i recommend Microsoft Office Project management....

People without experience of PM soft anwser automatically Office. Office is the lowest end in term of Project management and reches very well its target, non project managers. For me Intelligent planner (Augeo) and Clarity ar far beeter thant MSP but of course they require some experience as a PM.No offense, just facts.
