What's the difference between following a Google Plus page and having it in your circles? In a Google Plus Public page there is option of following. Does following a Google Plus Page add the page to a circle?

@DrSunil Vaswani: They're basically the same. If you're following a page, it will automatically add that page to a Circle named Following.

Having them on your Circle is like adding friends and when you post something they can view it. While adding or (plus one) them is like following their page/ subscribing to them therefore their posts will display on your timeline.
