Which one would be the best app (offline and free) for organizing my music and downloading its album covers, etc...
My music collection consists of English and Hindi songs. I would like if it looks cool visually (but not a necessity).
I also need it for both PC and android. Thanks!

I think Winamp and Songbird would be better for you as they both have Andorid apps as well as Windows versions.But both their developments has been taken over by other community.
