Google. Yes, with a simple directive on google, you can get as many ebooks as you like. Just use filetype:pdf before your search and google returns only those files which are in pdf format. Most of them are downloadable and free.

You might have a Virtual Library for your state. Ask you local library if they are connected. You have to have a library card to sign in. You can check out ebooks, audio books, and music.

Amazon is very good , as well as the Barnes and noble website , bn.com . Also as someone else said your local library . At least at mine you can borrow ebooks online and I am sure many more will do this in the future . Keep us posted on what you decide to do . Have a great day!

epubbud.com has free ebooks, however, you need to understand that there is for intents and purposes "stolen" material on that site. epubbud also has some legal stuff on it but watch what you are downloading. The best free all legal site I have used is http://www.getfreeebooks.com/.
