What Android app effectively allows us to perform common functions with the help of gestures?

I'm speaking of common functions, such as browsing, changing tabs, typing or opening Settings. I'm looking for applications for an Android 4.0 handset, model A110 Canvas 2.

If you use Go Launcher EX and Dolphin browser, they do have some gestures for performing some tasks.

I think getting that via apps on Google Play is difficult as they are particularly handset model features, like Samsung S4 or Note 3 I guess. I think Samsung calls it Air gestures.
