I just brought a DELL laptop and I purchased Windows 8 to go with it. Everything works fine apart from that the camera says 'something went wrong'. Are there any suggestions sa to what could be wrong? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, must have been server issues since the link works fine now (I didn't clear the cache or cookies, even now).

When does this happen? Is it when you run a particular app?
