The case:

A physical machine running 3 virtual OS say v1, v2, v3 inside VMWare Workstation. physical machine has MS Server 2008 OS, and a IP address.

Question:

Can v1,v2,v3 be accessed using Remote Desktop (they are in the same network/subnet as physical machine) from another PC in the same network?

Yes. If configured properly, you can even access them from the internet.

1.Select the virtual machine and choose VM > Settings. 2.Click the Options tab and select Remote Display. 3.Click Enable remote display. 4.(Optional) Change the port number. To connect to multiple virtual machines on the same host with a VNC client, specify a unique port number for each virtual machine. 5.(Optional) Set a password for connecting to the virtual machine from a VNC client. Please note that the VNC remote connection is NOT encrypted. 6.Click OK. At this point, you can connect to the configured virtual machine using any VNC client.
