Payment TypesThe offer can be paid for using the following payment methods, depending upon your location.Credit CardsVisa*MasterCard*American ExpressDiscover CardDiners ClubJCBElectronic PaymentsPayPal*in all marketsAre pre-paid debit cards accepted?Yes, pre-paid debit cards are accepted from supported payment types such as Visa or MasterCard. The cards must also be ecommerce enabled for online purchases, capable of cross-currency transactions or purchasing in foreign currency and do not require a pin to complete transactions. Only one form of payment can be used to complete the purchase. Ensure that your card covers the price of the download, the optional upgrade DVD, shipping and handling and applicable taxes. In case of return or refund, the amount of the refund will be added back to the card used to purchase Windows 8.How do I use a pre-paid debit card?To use a pre-paid card, select Credit Card as the payment method and complete the rest of the information to submit your order.

No Indian debit card works on Windows site or paypal site. So the best option is to use entropay. But you can create a virtual credit card from entropay using your Indian debit card and then use that virtual credit for payment. I bought windows 8 using entropay, since none of my bank debit cards were working. But there is a minimum amount: you should recharge the entropay card with minimum $20..you can use the rest elsewhere..

I have two debit cards.. With one I can buy online, and with one not! This is because, only one bank offers the option to buy online with your debit card! In other words, you better go to your bank, and ask if you can do online purchases or not!

If it is the case, go buy the Original DVD from a dealer. However, it might be more cheaper and convenient to do the upgrade online.
