In a school I work, we have lots of old PC's that run slowly and take forever to boot up, and experience very slow internet connection speeds, which severely limit their practical usage.

What is the easiest way to keep of summarized log of the bootup times and average internet connection speeds so that this can be easily shared with the computer support team and school administrators ?
