I bookmark websites that I use (news, travel, shopping, etc.) and I also like to save specific pages or articles. It seems that my browser's bookmarks & folders (or Google Reader for blogs/news) are more appropriate for the former, while sites like delicious.com are better suited for the latter. Do you organize these differently and what tool(s) do you use?

I do use my browser to bookmark sites I need to access/check frequently, like the websites of my classes. For websites that I find interesting but don't need to use immediately, I bookmark them in Diigo , which has a Chrome extension that automatically loads my sticky notes/highlights I have made on the website to remind me of why I liked the website in the first place. When it comes to articles, I either star them in Google Reader or save the entire post in Evernote (which also saves the pictures) since sometimes the websites go down and so the original helpful articles/tutorials are nowhere to be found.

Delicious is actually prefect for both sorts of bookmarking as long as you tag well. You can also look at bundling your tags to keep them more organised. It's also extremely powerful. Check out these articles for cool things you can do using Delicious bookmarks and RSS feeds:http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/delicious-completely-organize-student-life/http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/manage-life-completely-online-netvibes/However, with the recent scare with Delicious many people have moved to similar services like Diigo. I've started using both, personally. I bookmark in Diigo and have it sync the bookmark to Delicious for me.
