Setting Up Bluetooth DUN for PdaNet according to the instructions given in the link above you just need to add one more step to be followed - Before you turn on Bluetooth DUN (Dial-up Networking) in PdaNet, you need to make sure Bluetooth is set to discoverable on your BlackBerry and that the native Dial-up Networking service on the phone has been turned off. To do so go to Options->Bluetooth, then bring up BlackBerry menu and select "Options". Now select "Yes" for "Discoverable" and scroll down until you see "Dial-Up Networking", you must uncheck it.

Hello, does the setup give you any error?  What are you using for pairing? Most times if you do not get DUN options is because it is not accessing the right COM port.  You could try the following with Bluetooth:-- in start up menu, go to Bluetooth options -- click on connection you have established-- click on properties-- click on services at the top-- select let use Dial Up networking-- save settingsThen, -- go to Connect To -- right click Dial Up networking-- select properties-- click on new entry created with steps above under connect using -- you should be able to connect nowIf the above doesn't work, you could try following the steps given by Blackberry about how to setup blackberry with other devices as a bluetooth modem:http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB05196
