IFA 2020 is in full swing, and TCL has grabbed center stage with the introduction of two new tablets.

The TCL 10 TABMAX and 10 TABMID Android tablets are both reasonably-priced for the specs, making them devices that just might be worth owning.

The TCL 10 TABMAX and 10 TABMID Tablets

The TCL 10 TABMAX, which the company announced on TCL.com, looks to be fairly powerful. It comes with a 10.36-inch display toting a 2,000x1,200 resolution. TCL didn't name the processor for its new tablet, only citing an octa-core chip powering the device. The company did reveal that it will come with 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage, a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP front-facing camera, and a large 8,000mAh battery.

TCL's larger 10 TABMAX will be available in Europe. The company is releasing a Wi-Fi model for €249 (US$290) and a 4G model for €299 (US$348). Both will ship in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The 10 TABMID looks to be pretty solid as well. The company revealed the details on TCL.com, and it features a smaller 8-inch FHD IPS display. We also learned that it will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. As for the cameras, TCL is including a 5MP front-facing shooter and an 8MP rear-facing lens.

TCL 10 TABMID

Like the larger tablet, the 10 TABMID will launch in Q4 2020. It's only available in a 4G model and it'll sell for €229 (US$267).

Both the TCL 10 TABMAX and 10 TABMID feature 18W fast-charging and a dedicated kids mode that'll help keep young users safe and sound.

Other TCL Announcements at IFA 2020

Besides its new Android tablets, TCL also revealed the Move Audio S200 earbuds and the TCL Move Time smartwatch.

The earbuds feature Google Fast Pair 2.0, and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. They will feature approximately 3.5 hours of continuous playback time. TCL will launch them globally for €99 (US$115) later this month.

The TCL Move Time smartwatch comes with a 1.41-inch 320x260 resolution AMOLED display. It's packing the Snapdragon Wear 2500 chipset under-the-hood. It runs TCL's own OS, so don't expect to get Wear OS with this one.

Still, the watch is packed with features and looks like a rather promising Apple Watch alternative. It's set to launch this fall in North America and Europe for €229 (US$267).
