Transform Google Tasks Into a Task Management Suite With Google Tasks Offline [Chrome]

Using Google Tasks is like a love-hate relationship. The problem with using Google Tasks directly in say, Google Calendar or inside Google Mail is that the layout and the user interface is extremely simplified and not very flexible. In the normal view, it’s difficult to create subtasks, you can’t see all lists at once on one screen, and editing tasks or lists is cumbersome and not very intuitive. The best solution is really a client that is purely desktop, and which makes managing and navigating all of your tasks and projects as easy as possible.

Five Killer Ways to Use Google Tasks

Use Excel & Google Tasks to Create the Best Goals Management Tool Ever

Lately, I’ve started to realize that I’m working very hard, but if someone asked me whether or not I feel that I’m working toward a larger purpose, I’d have to say that I really don’t know. The current approach feels more like a machine-gun approach, where I’m just trying to accomplish whatever I can, and hope that it gets me where I want to be. That’s not quite the way to achieve one’s life goals. So I decided to create the ideal system from scratch.

Bitrix24 Android Application Review + HTC Butterfly Giveaway

Back in October last year, I wrote about an interesting web service called Bitrix24. Basically, it’s a project management service and allows for teams to assign tasks, track progress and discussion, as well as providing a platform for interaction between employees — in other words, a social intranet for companies. Today, almost every cloud service is accompanied by some sort of mobile platform; and Bitrix24 is no different. So in this review, we’ll take a look at their free Android application which is available from Google Play. What’s more, we’ll also be giving away 25 Bitrix Startup licenses, and a HTC Butterfly!

Wunderlist is one of the simplest ways to keep track of what you need to do. It has an elegant user interface that just makes sense. One good way to get a grip on days like that is to sit down and just make a quick list of stuff that needs to get done. No elaborate hashtags, nesting, recurring tasks or dependencies – just a plain old list.

The tool that I’m going to show you today, Notee, can’t be put on the same elite pedestal as Evernote but it manages to pick up where Evernote falls a little short.

Cut Through Procrastination With These Pomodoro Technique Apps & Software

Procrastination is a malady that pervades students and workers in all corners of the world and it infects amateurs and professionals alike. As a writer, I suffer from procrastination on a daily basis. Some people call it “writer’s block”. If you can find a way to quell your desire to procrastinate, then you’ll drive towards success. If not, you’ll never get anything done.
