The app also lets you select new applications that prevent your Mac from going into the sleep state.

You start by downloading the application’s setup sized at nearly 0.5 MB. When the app is installed, you will find a new icon placed on your computer’s menu bar. This icon will be shaped like a lion’s head. When you click on this icon, the application’s menu will drop down and you will be able to view which applications are preventing your Mac’s sleep state. These programs can be seen in the "Apps Preventing Sleep" submenu.

The "Never Sleep Whilst Running" submenu shows you a list of currently running applications to choose from; selecting apps from this list will prevent the computer from sleeping as long as these apps are running.
