If I log in into someone else's account through Tor will they get notified? I think my boyfriend is cheating and I found out his password but I do not want him to get notified I logged in, so I thought I would use Tor. We live in different countries atm so I don't want him to get an email saying "your account was entered from x country x city, cuz he will know it was me". I know it's not ethical but I need to know this asap.

In this case, Tor only obfuscates your internet traffic. So it would prevent someone snooping on your local network, or the government, from seeing that you were visiting Apple's website.

However, as soon as you try to log into his Apple account from an unknown browser/device, he'll likely get an email/notification about this no matter what. It will depend on his security settings, but I'd expect he'd get something.
