It’s interesting that YouTube’s Twitter account has so many followers. It’s not a celebrity and is even more popular than Twitter’s own account. On the world’s most popular Twitter account, you’ll find Perry promoting her tours and music. A lot of her tweets are also shares from her Instagram page, which curiously doesn’t appear in Instagram’s top 10 accounts.
