US company iHerb.com sells nutritional supplements and vitamins. They offer free shipping to Australia and presumably other places with a US $40 purchase minimum.
I've used them for years and they're totally reliable.

British booksellers World of Books and Wordery both sell new and second hand books and ship free to Australia and probably others.
I've only used them once or twice each but service was good in both cases. If you spot something on their eBay stores it's cheaper to go to their web sites directly.
