    Does one need a reason to procrastinate on Facebook :) But seriously, Facebook can be used for "productive" procrastination too (Facebook stalking is not one of them). One can start by cutting down the list of friends to more manageable levels. Using Facebook more for value information rather than an advertisement platform for where one is lunching is an advice that isn't always followed.

    I've stopped using Facebook apart from messaging people for events and stuff because I just got fed up with all the rubbish that's on it!
