Now Playing: A Beautiful & Minimal Music Player [Android]

Are you looking to shake up the way you listen to music on your Android device? Perhaps you just aren’t happy with the way the default music player looks and feels? Whatever your reason for wanting to change things, there’s a very nice application called Now Playing that is still in beta. It’s well-made, and is not the same old program everyone else uses to listen to their music.


Give it a shot, and you just might find that you never want to go back to the default player every again.

Now Playing is built around a simplistic, minimalistic design, and is able to get access to any of the music residing on your device. It cannot access your Google Music library at this point, but being able to play the music on your device is still very useful, and doing it in a player with a great sense of style and functionality is even better.

Now Playing puts emphasis on the album artwork, which gives your music a nice visual appeal as you listen. It will automatically download album artwork for your music when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, so you can always have the art for the music you are enjoying. It will also display the lyrics for the music, so if you’ve ever missed what the singer is saying, you can use this music player and be good to go.
