Will these "tools" hold a gun to my head or twist my arm to force me to keep my resolutions?! The only "tool" that will help you keep your resolutions is WILL POWER. Unfortunately, you cannot get that from any app store, at any price.

There was a study I read recently that showed that 80%-90% of New Year's resolutions are forgotten/abandoned by January 31.

"Have you successfully kept resolutions in previous years?"
Yes! I have resolved not to make any New Year's resolutions.
