When is Emby going to get some love? I run both on the same server, but Emby in my opinion is a bit more polished with less bugs. Plex still hasn't fixed the problem with closed captions on Android and Android TV devices.

You can't turn off closed captions. Myself and others have reached out to them and they won't even respond. Their customer service stinks. Emby on the other hand has great customer service. Plex is forgetting about we paying customers and that's a damn shame.
