Internet Simple Way To Get Maps & Directions

Kaly (Arslan Esengulov) 15-01-2009 is an online tool that offers a quick and simple way to get maps and directions from popular mapping services such as Google Maps, Multimap, Open Street Map, Yahoo! and Tiny Geocoder. You do not have to visit any of these services, all you have to do is type in the address including your search parameters after the first slash, that is<my search>

For example:

If you want to get a map of Trafalgar Square in London then you need to type, trafalgar square and the application will take you to that location on Google Maps.

On the other hand, if you need a direction route between London and Liverpool just type in with a slash between locations.

    (beware, shameless plug follows ;)

I've been working on a similar service recently - it works more like a "traditional" URL shortening service, and creates 17-character long URLs for map views.

It's still under development, but the main functionality is there.
