    Actually the "more popular VPS" session lists the most popular hypervisors (Hyper-V, XEN, KVM, ...). OpenStack is somewhat different to them, it is one of the management toolset above those hypervisors, together with some more others, like Proxmox, or oVirt from ReadHat, openQMR, Foreman, Ubuntu Cloud Infrastructure, and many others.
