    "Science Says Leangains Diet Works!"
Yes, but for what percentage of all dieters, not just for those in the study? 100%? 90%? 50%? 10%? We often hear the vague statement "Science Says XYZ Diet Works!" but we never hear hard numbers.

EVERY diet invented so far, no matter how weird, has worked for some people and not worked for many others. How does Science determine which diets "work" and which ones don't? Atkins Diet (high animal protein) and Vegan Diet (no animal protein whatsoever) are both successful and healthy, and mutually contradictory. The proponents of each diet proclaim it as The Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread and the opponents claim that it is a death trap. Who is right?
