iNudge is a free and fun music synthesizer that lets you create your own sound patterns by selecting steps on a 16x16 matrix. It seems rather dumb at first, but once you start creating more advanced sound patterns it gets very addictive.

Start by selecting little squares on the matrix with your mouse. You can adjust volume and speed (tempo) of the tune or clear the pattern with "CLR" button at the bottom. If you want to save and play the tune later, simply copy-paste the pattern from the matrix.
