How To Tie A Tie: A Perfect App For The Occasional Formal Dresser (20 Free Promo Codes)

Justin Pot 26-04-2013

Not sure how to tie a tie? Let your iOS or Android device teach you. How To Tie a Tie is a simple smartphone app offering step-by-step instructions for trying a tie in many different fashions, from the Windsor to the Bow Tie.

Trying a tie isn’t hard… if you tie ties regularly. The rest of us rarely use them, leaving us completely confused when a formal occasion like a wedding pops up. Some of us leave our ties tied, hoping they’ll be ready. Others resort to clip ons. It doesn’t occur to any of us that there may be multiple ways to tie a tie.

Unless, that is, we download this app. With step-by-step instructions anyone should be able to tie the perfect knot on. There’s an image followed by instructions, all easy to follow.

There’s even an optional mirror mode, showing your real-time image behind the instructions. With all of this information in your pocket there’s no excuse not to look good.

On both Android and iOS you’ll find two main versions: one free, one paid. The pro version, in both cases, removes ads, costs $2.99 (as of this writing) and offers more knots over the free one.

The developer Damir Nigomedyanov has offered us 20 free promo codes for the Pro (iOS) version for lucky readers who comment and share the post on Facebook.

I am a business owner and a single mother. Someone installed a spy device on my iPhone and used everything they had to try and destroy my business and to be honest they nearly did. I do not believe this app should be allowed on the market - it's very dangerous as stalkers can easily use it to frighten and stalk the living daylights out of their victim. It's only through the Grace of God that I am still here to tell the story.
