If you want to spice things up with a wallpaper, you have the option of using an animated wallpaper, but perhaps you want a still images that change every so often. That’s where desktop slideshows come into play.
Here’s how to set it up on your Windows 10 computer.
First, right-click your desktop, then click Personalize. Now, you need to Click Background, then open the drop-down menu under Background, and click Slideshow.
Once done, more options will appear. Click Browse, to choose a folder for the images you want to rotate (it will be your Pictures folder by default). Remember, all of the pictures in the folder will show up, so make sure to go through it and make sure there’s nothing you wouldn’t want others to see tucked in there!
If you’re on a laptop, Windows defaults to turning this feature off when running on battery, if you wish to bypass that, you’ll see a check labeled Allow slideshow when on battery power that you can turn on.
